RULES & RESTRICTIONS
- No irc, irc bots, or irc servers can be run from a machine on our network. Machines running these applications tend to get attacked and flooded which is disruptive to our network.
- You (or any users on your system) may NOT use a Managed Dedicated machine to hack into other machines on our network or other networks. If you do so Dynamic Technology Software reserves the right to disclose all of your contact information to the party owning/administering the attacked machine(s).
- With our Managed Dedicated plans you get a set amount of traffic each month. If you exceed that amount amount you will be billed $9.99 per G/byte. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Adult content is only permitted if you notify Dynamic Technology Software proir to hosting the adult content.
